This was the 5th year the Roasters United (RUV) competition was held, our blend features flavors of rich chocolate - fudge like coco butter, light lime, and golden raisin finish. This specific blend is a combination of the coffees that scored 85.5+ from Narino, Huila, and Cauca, thus ensuring that all farmers who entered coffee into the competition were classified as specialty grade and had their lots purchased. Collectively, we agreed that the Roasters United V was a great success and the best competition yet!
