The Blue Collar Blend is a hardworking blend for hardworking people. It is designed to produce a balanced, complex and no-nonsense cup. We treat this coffee with a very developed roast profile. It is a real crowd-pleaser with a VERY full body, dark chocolate and nut flavors. It is also Fair Trade Certified and Certified Organic. The components of this blend change a few times a year as new coffees roll in and older coffees go out of stock for the season.
